lyrics
I was sitting outside on a dark foggy night,
I looked in the sky and I saw quite a sight,
I watched as a witch flew in past the moon,
She landed by me on her old wooden broom.
Now I was alone so I asked her to sit,
Her hat was too big for her it barely fit,
I thought she was pretty and she sang a sweet tune,
Yet she rode upon an old wooden broom.
I invited her in, she took my advice,
She'd been here before possibly twice,
The first thing she saw was some dust in the room,
She cleaned it all up with her old wooden broom.
She started some music and asked my to dance,
I reached for her waist it was my only chance,
The song that we picked ended to soon,
But we kept spinning 'round that old wooden broom.
She took me outside it was much colder now,
I saw a bead of sweat drip down from her brow,
She was a princess, I must assume,
'Cause she swept me away with the old wooden broom.
She said I must leave you, I've more work to do,
And I said please don't go, I really need you.
I saw a big flash and I heard a loud boom,
And she flew away fast on the old wooden broom.
